Booking & Reservations

Q How far in advance should I book my transfer?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we also accept last-minute bookings when vehicles are available — even at 11pm the night before!

Q How do I make a reservation?

You can book online through our website 24/7, send us an email at contact@transfer-nice.fr, or call/WhatsApp us at +33 6 05 74 26 26. We’ll confirm your booking within minutes.

Q What information do I need to provide when booking?

We need: pickup location and destination, date and time, flight number (for airport transfers), number of passengers, luggage count, and your contact details. Child seat requirements should also be mentioned.

Q Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes! You’ll receive an instant email confirmation with all trip details, driver contact information, and your booking reference number.

Pricing & Payment

Q Are your prices fixed or can they change?

All our prices are 100% fixed and guaranteed. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — no surge pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises at the end of your journey.

Q What’s included in the transfer price?

Everything: professional driver, meet & greet with name sign, flight tracking, 60 minutes free waiting time at airports (20 minutes for other locations), child seats on request, bottled water, WiFi, and all taxes.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (EUR), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. Payment is made after your journey is complete, or in advance via bank transfer for corporate clients.

Q Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required for standard bookings. Your reservation is confirmed immediately without any upfront payment.

Q Are there any extra charges for night transfers or holidays?

No. Our prices remain the same 24/7, 365 days a year — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Airport Transfers

Q Where will my driver meet me at Nice Airport?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. For Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, we meet you right after you exit customs and baggage claim.

Q What if my flight is delayed?

Don’t worry! We track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically and will be there when you land — at no extra charge.

Q How much free waiting time do I have at the airport?

You have 60 minutes of free waiting time from your flight’s actual landing time. This gives you plenty of time to collect luggage and clear customs without rushing.

Q What if I can’t find my driver?

Simply call or WhatsApp us at +33 6 05 74 26 26. Your driver’s direct contact is also included in your booking confirmation. We’ll guide you to the meeting point immediately.

Q Can you handle early morning or late night flights?

Absolutely! We operate 24/7. Whether your flight lands at 5am or departs at midnight, we’ll be there.

Vehicles & Comfort

Q What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer three Mercedes classes: E-Class (up to 3 passengers) for business comfort, S-Class (up to 3 passengers) for ultimate luxury, and V-Class (up to 7 passengers) for families and groups.

Q How do I choose between E-Class, S-Class, and V-Class?

E-Class is perfect for 1-3 passengers seeking comfort at a great price. S-Class offers VIP luxury with premium amenities. V-Class is ideal for families, groups, or travelers with lots of luggage.

Q Do your vehicles have WiFi?

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with complimentary WiFi so you can stay connected during your transfer.

Q Are your vehicles air-conditioned?

Yes, all vehicles have climate control. Your driver will adjust the temperature to your preference.

Luggage & Child Seats

Q How much luggage can I bring?

E-Class and S-Class: up to 3 large suitcases + hand luggage. V-Class: up to 7 large suitcases + hand luggage. If you have extra luggage (golf bags, ski equipment, etc.), please mention it when booking.

Q Do you provide child seats?

Yes! We provide baby seats (0-12 months), child seats (1-4 years), and booster seats (4-12 years) free of charge. Just specify the ages of your children when booking.

Q Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets are welcome in our vehicles. Please inform us when booking so we can prepare accordingly. We recommend bringing a pet carrier for smaller animals.

Q Can I transport ski or golf equipment?

Absolutely! Our V-Class is perfect for sports equipment. For E-Class or S-Class, please let us know in advance so we can ensure proper accommodation.

Changes & Cancellations

Q What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Simply contact us to cancel or modify your booking.

Q Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes! You can change the date, time, pickup location, or destination free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer. Just contact us with your booking reference.

Q What if I need to cancel due to a flight cancellation?

If your flight is cancelled, your transfer is automatically cancelled at no charge. Just send us proof of the flight cancellation and we’ll process a full refund if any payment was made.

Q What areas do you serve?

We cover the entire French Riviera: Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Antibes, Eze, Grasse, Menton, Villefranche, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, and all surrounding areas. We also offer transfers to Italy.

Q Do you offer hourly rentals?

Yes! You can hire a vehicle with driver by the hour, half-day, or full day. Perfect for business meetings, shopping trips, wine tours, or exploring the Côte d’Azur at your own pace.

Q Can you do round-trip transfers?

Absolutely! Book two separate transfers or contact us for a custom quote with a discount on round-trip bookings.

Q Do you offer transfers to other airports?

Yes, we provide transfers to and from Nice Airport, Monaco Heliport, Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, and Marseille Airport.
