1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transfer services provided by Transfer Nice (“we”, “our”, “us”) operating through the website transfer-nice.fr. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Transfer Nice provides private chauffeur and transfer services in the French Riviera region, including:
- Airport transfers to/from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE)
- Point-to-point transfers
- Hourly rental with driver
- Long-distance transfers
3. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us
- Please verify all details in your confirmation (date, time, addresses, flight number)
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices displayed on our website are fixed and include VAT
- Prices include: professional driver, meet & greet service, flight tracking, 60 minutes free waiting time at airports, child seats upon request, bottled water
- Payment can be made in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or bank transfer
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
5. Waiting Time
Airport Pickups
- 60 minutes free waiting time from the actual flight landing time
- Additional waiting time is charged at €1 per minute
Other Pickups
- 15 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time
- Additional waiting time is charged at €1 per minute
6. Flight Tracking
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no additional charge. Please ensure you provide your correct flight number when booking.
7. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare charged
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% of the fare charged
- No-show: 100% of the fare charged
Cancellations must be communicated via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
8. Modifications
Changes to your booking (date, time, destination) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. We will do our best to accommodate changes without additional charges.
9. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Ensure children are properly secured in appropriate child seats
- Do not smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
10. Luggage
- Standard luggage allowance is included in the price
- Excess or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking
- We reserve the right to refuse luggage that cannot be safely accommodated
11. Liability
- Transfer Nice is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for missed flights due to late booking or incorrect information provided by the client
- Our liability for lost or damaged personal belongings is limited to cases of proven negligence
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government actions.
13. Complaints
Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date to info@transfer-nice.fr. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
